Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Turnpike, its way better.. Came here Saturday for lunch at 11.30, walked in but was told the cook wasn't there yet so we left and went to the one on Turnpike and it was great. Decided to give it another chance today because it's close to my house, got here at 11.15 ordered a sub and steak egg rolls, waited 25 minutes just to be told the fryer won't working and got a refund, still waited 10 more minutes before I got my sub which barely had any chicken or philly on it. This place needs some help. Go to the one on Turnpike, it's 1000 times better.. And no it wasn't busy, I was the second ticket of the day, the lady in front of me ordered 2 egg rolls and sat there the same amount of time just to be told the fryer was down and was refunded.

This place has the best customer service and food! If you're a philly fan and or cheesesteak fan visit this place! We came all the way from the beach to eat one!

Ordered an original Philly cheesesteak got a bbq cheesesteak. The "half size" was huge. Meat is tender, bread is soft. Wings were a good size and great flavor. Steak and chicken egg rolls (and the egg roll sauce) were delicious. You get a lot for a great price and staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back before going back to Texas! Highly recommend this place!

I was excited to try food for the portions and price range i was like oh this is a good deal. Until i was done with my sub and went to eat my cheese fries and what do know a fried cockroach attached to the fry with cheese! Talk about grossed out. God i hope their wasn’t anything in my sub !! Please people always check your food before eating!!! NEVER going back
